Of course they do and they have plenty of them as you can see from the screenshots below and to be honest they are both as bad as each other.
At PeopleFinder.io we tracked both accounts in the run up to the US Election 2016, on the day itself and afterwards.
On the build up to the election it was pretty obvious that the @realdonaldtrump Twitter account ‘followers’ were hashtag stuffing. @hillaryclinton was doing this but at a much reduced rate. On election day itself, the messages displayed by the @realdonaldtrump followers also switched en masse from an incessant #draintheswamp focus to a more balanced approach with a wide set of messages.
This group change itself would be an interesting phenomena if we believe that the Twitter accounts were independent and not being centrally controlled. The @hillaryclinton account followers did not show such a marked change in the messages they were pumping out, they had been more diverse from the start.
The screenshots below were taken a few days after the historic election and show the state of play on both the @realdonaldtrump and @hillaryclinton Twitter accounts and their latest followers. As can be seen there is not much between either of them.
